Making positive change is about to get easier…
Welcome to Built To Thrive, a place where we come together and help each other to feel better and live more. I’m Dr Rangan Chatterjee and this online community is something people have been asking me to create for years now. So I’m really excited for you to join up, see what’s inside – and help us grow it.
Now, I know when it comes to health that you’re not starting from zero. You’re already making positive changes and you love finding out about new ways to support your wellbeing. What’s a little harder is sorting through all the information that’s out there, and applying it to your own life. And what can be harder still is making change that lasts – as well as finding support while you do it.
I’m a firm believer that small, consistent steps are what create real, lasting change. But you don’t have to take them alone. Together, we’re going to harness the power of community and keep each other going, one step at a time.
That's the whole idea behind Built to Thrive.

Why I built this
Even after we’ve made healthy changes, old patterns can creep back in and prevent us from thriving. Not because someone didn't try or understand what to do, but because the environment and structure that helped them change in the first place disappeared.
As a doctor, the author of six Sunday Times bestselling books, and the host of Europe’s most listened-to health podcast, I try to give people the tools they need to build a life they're not just surviving, but thriving in. What I wanted to provide next was somewhere for you, my audience, to come together – once the episode ended or the last page was turned.
Built to Thrive is that place. It’s a space where we work together to feel better in body and mind. It's about consistency and small changes that lead to a big impact. And through the monthly health focus, my live sessions, and a community of people on the same road, no one has to hold onto their progress alone.

Health isn’t created in isolation, it thrives in community
Meaningful change starts with how you relax, how you eat, how you move, and how you sleep – all four core elements, working together.
But when you layer some peer support on top of that? The real magic starts to happen. Us human beings are wired to connect, we need each other. Loneliness is a significant source of stress and ill health. And from an evolutionary perspective, being cut off from the group meant danger.
In an ideal world we’d all connect in person. But the truth is that’s not always possible. Maybe you live or work alone. Perhaps those around you aren’t interested in pursuing the same health goals as you at the moment. That’s where an online community can be incredibly powerful. It’s why you asked me to create a platform like this – and it’s why I believe you, the community, are the single most important part of Built to Thrive.
I’ve seen it in patients in my years as a GP. I’ve seen it very recently during the 21-Day Energy Reset, the first challenge we tried in this community. When people work together towards a shared health goal they support, inspire and motivate each other. You each become accountable, turning up to help others not just yourself. And believe me, that makes a profound difference for everyone.
