1.1. The promoter and organiser of this Prize Draw is FBLM LTD (hereinafter referred to as “The Organiser”).

2.1. The title of the promotion is “Summer Book Giveaway”.

2.2. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

2.3. The outcome is determined by chance.

3.1. There is ONE prizes available to be won.

3.2. The prize consists of:

• One (1) copy of The Score by C. Thi Nguyen
• One (1) copy of Art Cure by Daisy Fancourt
• One (1) copy of Invincible by Dr Florence Comite
• One (1) signed copy of the reformatted edition of Happy Mind, Happy Life by Dr Rangan Chatterjee
• One (1) Three Question Journal

3.3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

4.1. The Prize Draw opens at 10am BST on 21 July 2026 (“Opening Date”) and closes at 23:59 BST on 15 August 2026 (“Closing Date”).

4.2. All entries must be received before the Closing Date. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

5.1. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must:

• Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
• Comment on the giveaway post and tag one friend.

5.2. Multiple entries are permitted. Each comment tagging a different friend counts as one separate entry.

5.3. Entries submitted using fake accounts, automated methods or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.

6.1. The Prize Draw is open worldwide to entrants aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of The Organiser, their immediate families and anyone professionally associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.

6.2. By entering, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim the prize if selected. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.

7.1. Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the Closing Date using an independent random selection method.

7.2. Winners will be contacted via direct message from @drchatterjee within seven (7) days of the Closing Date.

7.3. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of being contacted and provide a valid postal address for delivery of the prize.

7.4. If a winner fails to respond within this period, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, The Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.

8.1. Personal information provided by winners will only be used for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and arranging delivery of the prize, in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

8.2. The Organiser must either publish or make available information indicating that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Organiser will make available the surname and county (or country, where applicable) of the winners to anyone who requests this information by emailing enquiries@drchatterjee.com within one month of the Closing Date.

8.3. If a winner objects to their surname and county/country being made available, they should contact enquiries@drchatterjee.com. The Organiser may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) or other regulatory authorities upon request.

9.1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical failures or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9.2. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost or damaged during delivery where such circumstances are beyond its reasonable control.

10.1. The Organiser reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

10.2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility relating to the Prize Draw.

10.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
