I’m truly honoured to have been selected as one of Apple Podcasts’ select few ‘Creators We Love’, a campaign that celebrates leaders and trailblazers in podcasting.

In January 2018, I launched Feel Better, Live More to expand my work as a doctor and help more people live healthier, happier lives. Seven years on, it’s become the most authentic way for me to reach millions each week.

Podcasting feels like the modern campfire. It offers connection, insight, and comfort in a world that’s often too fast and disconnected. Whether you’re walking, commuting, or cooking, I’m honoured to be part of your day.

If you’ve tuned in before, I hope you’ve found the episodes helpful, thoughtful, and non-judgemental, they are designed to inspire change because you want to, not because someone told you to.

The Feel Better Live More podcast

There’s something for everyone in my 550-plus archive of podcasts. Just use the search tool to take you straight to the episodes you need. You can search by guest name, topic, keyword, episode number or date.

I’ve picked out eight of my favourite episodes that I think will benefit everyone, to help you get started:
