1.1. The promoter and organiser of this Prize Draw is FBLM LTD (hereinafter referred to as “The Organiser”).

2.1. The title of the promotion is “Thrive Tour Live Ticket Giveaway”

2.2. The Prize Draw is a free draw and requires no purchase or payment to enter

2.3. The outcome is determined entirely by chance. This is a prize draw and not a skill-based competition.

3.1. here are seven (7) prizes available to be won, with one (1) prize available for each Thrive Tour Live location listed below.

3.2. Each prize consists of one (1) pair of tickets for the selected Thrive Tour Live show:

• Toronto – 24 September 2026
• Vancouver – 27 September 2026
• Stockholm – 8 November 2026
• Oslo – 9 November 2026
• Dublin – 15 November 2026
• London – 22 November 2026
• Amsterdam – 29 November 2026

3.3. One (1) winner will be selected for each location. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to the location they selected when entering.

3.4. The prize includes event admission only. Travel, accommodation, food, drink and any other expenses associated with attending the event are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

3.5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

3.6. Tickets must not be resold, advertised for resale or transferred to another person. Any attempt to sell or transfer the tickets may result in the prize being withdrawn.

3.7. The named winner must attend the event. Tickets will be held for collection at the venue and the winner may be required to present valid photographic identification matching the name supplied when claiming the prize. The winner’s guest must attend with the winner.

4.1. The Prize Draw will run from 23:59 BST on 16 September 2026  (the “Opening Date”) until 23:59 BST on 20 September 2026 (the “Closing Date”).

4.2. All entries must be received by The Organiser by the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.

5.1. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must follow the instructions on the relevant Thrive Tour Live Ticket Giveaway post.

5.2. Entrants must:

• Comment on the giveaway post with the city they would like to attend;
• Tag the friend they would like to bring; and
• Complete and submit the entry form sent to them via direct message (DM).

5.3. Entrants must provide the information requested on the entry form, including selecting the Thrive Tour Live city they wish to attend.

5.4. An entry will only be considered complete and valid once the entry form has been successfully submitted by the Closing Date. Commenting on the post and tagging a friend alone will not constitute a completed entry.

5.5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments, tags or form submissions will not result in additional entries.

5.6. No purchase or payment is required to enter.

5.7. Entries that are incomplete, submitted after the Closing Date or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.

6.1. The Prize Draw is open to entrants aged 18 years or over who are legally able to attend the Thrive Tour Live event in the location they select, except employees of The Organiser, their families or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

6.2. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are able to travel to and attend their selected event. The Organiser will not provide or reimburse travel, accommodation, visas or any other costs associated with attendance.

6.3. By entering the giveaway, the entrant confirms that they are eligible to enter and eligible to claim and use the prize if selected. The Organiser may require a winner to provide proof of eligibility and identification.

7.1. One (1) winner for each of the seven (7) Thrive Tour Live locations will be selected at random from all valid entries for that location received by the Closing Date.

7.2. Winners will be selected using a verifiably random computer process or another impartial selection method.

7.3. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering within seven (7) days of the Closing Date.

7.4. Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the winner notification and provide their full name and any other information reasonably required to arrange their tickets.

7.5. If a winner does not respond within the specified period, cannot attend their selected event, is found to be ineligible or otherwise cannot accept the prize, The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries for that location.

7.6. Only successful entrants will be contacted.

8.1. Prize Draw Administration: Personal information collected through the giveaway entry form will be used as necessary to administer the Prize Draw, verify entries, select and contact winners, verify eligibility and arrange the prizes.

8.2. Direct Marketing: As part of the Mailchimp entry form, entrants will be given the option to consent to receiving email updates, news and other marketing communications from FBLM LTD / Dr Rangan Chatterjee.

8.3. Consent to receive marketing communications is entirely optional and is not a condition of entry. Entrants who do not opt in to marketing communications will still be entered into the Prize Draw and will have the same chance of winning.

8.4. Entrants who opt in to marketing communications may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails. Withdrawing consent will not affect their entry into the Prize Draw or their ability to claim a prize.

8.5. Publicity: The Organiser must either publish or make available information indicating that valid awards took place. To comply with this obligation, The Organiser will make available the surname and country of the winners to anyone who emails info@drchatterjee.com within one month after the Closing Date.

8.6. Winners may object to their surname and/or country being published or made available by contacting info@drchatterjee.com. In such circumstances, The Organiser may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) or another relevant regulator upon request.

9.1. Tickets will not be posted. The winner’s name will be placed on the guest list for their selected Thrive Tour Live event and the tickets will be available for collection at the relevant venue, unless The Organiser advises the winner otherwise.

9.2. The person collecting the tickets must be the named winner.

9.3. The named winner must bring valid photographic identification to the venue. The name on the identification must match the name supplied to The Organiser when claiming the prize.

9.4. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their guest comply with any applicable venue terms and conditions and entry requirements.

9.5. If the winner is unable to attend the event, the tickets cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for another Thrive Tour Live location or redeemed for cash.

10.1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted or received due to technical issues, platform failures or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10.2. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for a winner or their guest being unable to attend the relevant event due to travel disruption, failure to meet venue or travel requirements or other circumstances outside The Organiser’s reasonable control.

10.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11.1. The Organiser reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

11.2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.

11.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
