Part 1

What We Eat

“The more you manage to stick to a diet of real food, the better you’ll feel and the easier you will find it to lose weight.”

Real food makes fighting hunger and resisting temptation much easier.  It also has a huge number of knock-on effects, such as increased energy, improved mood, and better sleep.

  • Focus on one-ingredient foods
  • Dinner for breakfast
  • Power up with protein
  • Greens go first
Part 2

Why We Eat

“We used to eat food to fill a hole in our stomach.  Now we eat food to fill a hole in our hearts.”

If we are to lose weight and keep it off for good, we need to explore why we’re eating too much and why we continue to eat foods that we know are sabotaging our efforts, despite our best intentions.

Learn about these techniques:

  • Connection each day
  • The Freedom exercise
  • Fix your self-talk
  • Prioritize your sleep
  • Move to feel alive
Part 3

When, How and Where We Eat

“Eating mindfully, helps you eat less and crave less.”

One of the most astonishing discoveries weight-loss researchers have made in recent years is that when we eat might be just as important as what we eat.

Take control of your eating window, curb snacking, and create the right environment at mealtimes:

  • Eat earlier in the day
  • Take control of your eating window
  • Eat together
  • Tell your body it’s time to eat
  • Six ways to resist temptation
  • Set up your home for success

You’re worth looking after. You’re worth feeling good about. You have a life that’s worth protecting and extending.
