Back pain can be extremely debilitating. It is always worth going to see your doctor to rule out serious causes. Thankfully, the majority of back pain is not caused by anything sinister. However, it can have a significant impact on our quality of life.

If you are struggling with your back, it can be very beneficial to see someone with expertise in assessing your body such as a physiotherapist, movement specialist or osteopath.
